Placing an order
You may place your orders anytime online 24/7 – 365 days a year. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@remembrancependants.com. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover via PayPal. Currently we deliver to Canada, the United States, its territories, and US Military addresses. Note: For those items that must be shipped from the US to Canada, there will be an additional US shipping and service fee charged to your order.
Shipping/Tracking your order
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email order confirmation. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. A ‘One-of-a-Kind’ pendant can normally ship in 2 weeks or rush delivery can be requested.
Modifying your order
Please select your item(s) with care, as we are unable to modify or cancel any order on ‘custom-designed’ pendants, because once we receive your flowers we begin making your beautiful pendant.
Exchange Policy
After you have received your order, please examine and try on your item(s) right away. You will have 14 days for an exchange only request on ‘one-of-a-kind’ pendants only. Remember pendants are individually made, none is like the other, you are buying a piece of custom art and every piece is unique.
Important product information
‘One-of-a-kind’ pendants will have variations of wildflowers, roses and carnations and come in all shapes/colors/sizes. On a custom order if you choose a flower with a color that doesn’t go nicely, we’ll call you! We want to make sure your beautiful pendant is matched with a complementary color.
